1. What is your current turnaround time for a first proof? TOP

- For custom design projects such as custom logos, websites or blogs please contact me for the next
  available time slot.
- Premade logos 1-2 business days
- Personalized stationery - 2 business days

- Wedding invitation sets 3-5 business days after I have received all required information from you

2. Do you charge any sales tax? TOP

I am not shipping any physical goods. All files will be delivered electronically via email. Therefore no sales tax will be charged. I will offer in the near future physical goods as well. Once these items become available applicable sales tax will be applied to any goods shipped to a California address.

3. What is your return or cancellation policy?TOP

a.) Branding, blog and website related projects:

- Refunds are only possible if a project has not yet started. Please note that a $50 cancellation fee will apply.


b.) Wedding stationery, personalized stationery, premade logos and marketing sets:

- Refunds are only possible if a project has not yet started. Please note that a $30 cancellation fee will apply

4.  What is the difference between a concept and a revision?TOP

A concept is the conceptual implementation of a new idea behind your logo. A revision on the other hand is any change made to the concept. A revision could be based on a different placement of a certain design element, changes to the color, size or font.

5. How many revisions do I get?

The number of concepts or revisions for custom designed projects are indicated within the listing purchased.

6. What if I need more revisions or concepts? TOP

- For custom logo designs, websites or blogs additional concepts are 50 USD.
- For custom design projects such as the above mentioned or a wedding invitation set an additional 
  revision round is 25 USD.
- For wedding invitation sets I typically include 2 complimentary revision rounds.

  If you like to have more then let me know and I will simply just invoice you via PayPal directly.

7. How long does the process take? TOP

This is a very common question that I am not able to answer in full as it depends on several factors such as, what design package you pick, how quickly you provide me your feedback and how many revisions might be needed.

8. I need my logo in vector file format. Do you provide such a file?TOP

Yes I certainly do!

9. I am in a rush. Do you offer rush orders as well? TOP

Depending on my workload I do offer a limited number of rush orders every month. A non refundable 50 USD rush fee will apply. Please contact me with your timeline and I will see if I can fit you into my schedule.

11. Can I customize my wedding invitation set?
TOP

Yes, most wedding invitation suites designs allow further customization such as size, font or color changes. A small add on fee may apply. Please read the listing for further details.

12. Can I use the invitation design for another type of event? TOP

Yes, you can use the wedding invitation design for a different event. Just send me your wording
when you make the purchase and I will include it within the design for you.

13. I love your wedding invitation sets. However I would like to have an own design created for my wedding. Can you help me with this as well? TOP

Yes, certainly. Custom wedding invitation suites start at 600 USD. Please contact me for further information.

14. I need additional enclosure cards. Can you help me with this as well? TOP

Yes, sure I can. If you need more than one additional enclosure card just message me using the contact form on this website and let me know how many more you need and I will send you an invoice via PayPal for the add on cards.

15. Do you offer any printing service? TOP
